Hi, I have not received a vip lossback in about 6 months? This seems unfair since they used to give me one every few months and I have wagered probably $100,000 more usd in this time with barely any withdrawal. This seems like a weak vip program considering I am level 46 platinum with nearly 800k wagering! My uid is 44373749
